DTF, or Direct-to-Film printing, is a garment decoration method where designs are printed digitally onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto fabric or other materials. DTF is known for vibrant full-color designs, strong detail, and excellent versatility on both light and dark garments.
DTF printing is popular because it works on many fabric types, including cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and leather. It does not require garment pre-treatment, produces vibrant detail, and is known for durable prints that can last approximately 50 to 100 wash cycles without cracking or fading when properly cared for.
DTF printing has a 12-piece minimum.
DTF can be applied to cotton fabrics, polyester blends, nylon, leather, and other approved materials.
